Product Description:
1. Fitting body: Solid brass body coated with nickel provides greater corrosion resistance. The body is also resistant to internal corrosion under water parameters compliant with norms and quality standards. Brass has no negative impact on drinking water quality.
2. A special plastic ring separates the pipe with an aluminum layer from the brass body, protecting it against corrosion and facilitating positioning of the TH-profile jaw on the fitting.
3. The control window allows verification of correct pipe positioning within the fitting, visible after full insertion.
4. The stainless steel collar permanently crimps the pipe onto the fitting's stub after pressing, creating an unbreakable connection. Additionally, it includes a Pipe Holder for securing the pipe before pressing.
5. Two EPDM O-ring seals are embedded in the fitting's stub and are protected from damage during pipe insertion. The two seals ensure greater leak-proofing and durability of the connection.
6. LBP "Leak Before Press" function: Controlled leakage ensures visible water flow at unpressed connections under pressure above 1 bar, preventing false sealing.
7. MULTITOOL function: Compatible with 5 different pressing profiles: TH, U, F, VP, and H.
